Crafted as a snapshot of the LOCH INN series hosted at De School, 'V/A LOCH INN at De School' encapsulates the diverse talent that contributed to the collective exchange during the bi-monthly LOCH INN events at Het Muzieklokaal. The events were initiated as a platform for local artists to showcase their work, fostering an exchange of knowledge and inspiration between the artists and audience.

With 'Continue' Amsterdam’s rising star @teqmun-tijmen-b serves up a stripped down, cleverly chopped and arranged bass music track that’s highly electrifying.

In pursuit of the balance between his passion for green life sciences and electronic sound design, Teqmun pushes his sound to be constantly shifting between crisp organic textures and snappy driving drums. The electrifying frenzy of colourful synths and energetic percussive elements that are composed keep his music undeniably compelling.

We're excited to release our fifth V/A, an 11-track V/A called TRANSAERE on 11th October, melding bass, breaks, techno, global sounds and lots more.

The V/A features music from worldwide talents including carin kelly, Dj Spit, Bluetoof, De Grandi, and DARK BUDA, amongst others. Each artist brings their unique perspective, contributing to a diverse and forward-thinking collection of tracks.

The concept of TRANSAERE is deeply rooted in the theme of Air, delving into the unseen yet powerful qualities of this essential natural element. The project invites listeners to explore the hidden virtues of Air, emphasizing its profound impact despite its invisibility.
Through this thematic exploration, TRANSAERE aims to capture the essence of Air's subtle yet undeniable force, offering an immersive listening experience that transcends genres and borders.

"Butterflies can fly at 3000 meters above sea level and use air currents to travel long distances. But on a less cute note, we've also reached a point where there is so much plastic in that air that we actually inhale nano plastics every day, which sticks in our lungs from our clothes."
