Acoustic cover of Ben E. King's 'Stand By Me', a favourite of both of ours. Originally Coxon recorded this song on his own, and i really wanted to be a part of it, so got in there and recorded a soft backing vocal track so he didn't get all the glory!

Imagine - Acoustic Cover - John Lennon

Just had a quick jam with my dad using an old electric guitar and garageband. Simple A Major blues using a few tracks and different amps and stomp boxes. Work in progress, potentially? But just a laugh really, making some noise.

Recording Details;
+ Electric Guitar input into Garageband using Apogee Jam.
+ All guitar work done in person, using only software instruments for percussion.

Daddy Blues

A (rough) acoustic cover of Maggie May by Rod Stewart. 

Recording Details;
+ All sounds were recorded using a USB Blue Snowball Microphone on the first take.
+ The audio track consists of 2 guitars and both of us singing at the same, with one situated behind and the other in front of the mic.

Imagine Acoustic + Vocal Cover (Originally by John Lennon)

An acoustic cover of The Jam's 'Thats Entertainment' recorded by Tom & Tom. 

Recording Details;
+ 2 acoustic guitars recorded via the same Blue Snowball microphone. Tom playing the tabbed/solo notes was in front of the micropyle, with the other Tom playing behind it to create a different sound.
+ Vocals were recorded, again using a Blue Snowball Microphone, twice, by just the one of us. The two vocal tracks were then panned, me slightly to the left and one to the right.

Hi, we're Tom and Tom, former students of Cardiff, who made a bit of noise in our spare time. 

We do not make any money from any of our recordings at all, rather, we have spent our own money on guitars, mics and SoundCloud premium to share our passion.

Our uploads consist of mainly acoustic cover songs, with one or two originals being shared whilst they are in development. We appreciate all comments/feedback/constructive criticism, and we will make every attempt to reply to anything you say!
