Relaxing sounds. Close your eyes and sit on the porch on a rainy day. Listen to the birds sing with joy, with some toning bowls and low key strings to help de-stress. Loop it and leave it playing in the background. My plants love it. It's also great to go to sleep to, or to help meditate.
