This is a song about travelling down from the APY Lands in far-north west South Australia where I worked for three years. It is a take on the famous version by Bob Dylan and Ketch Secor of Old Crow Medicine Show. The verses have a hip hop feel and there is also some slide guitar making it a nice mix up of genres. I recorded this in my home studio. Hope you enjoy this one.

This is the song about me heading to the beach usually to surf. The ocean is a place of healing and where I feel most connected with myself and my spirit.
