Artist Statement — “Everest Phase”
Every song I make now is a step up the mountain. It’s just me, my voice, and one instrument — the way it’s always been. No loops, no layers, no pretending. Just breath and string. I used to make music for whoever would listen, but now I make it for whoever hears. There’s a difference. Hearing means showing up. Hearing means letting silence work its way between the notes. Some people call it lonely. I call it altitude. The air gets thinner, the view gets clearer, the heart beats slower — but truer. If you’re here, you’re part of that climb. Not a fan, not an audience — a witness. Each track is the sound of a person becoming honest with himself, and finding out who stays to listen when the noise drops away.
