Celebrating the Winter Solstice in the Northern Hemisphere. 
This is at 4pm GMT December 21st. 

Ideal to do this meditation at dawn - before sunrise - any day around midwinter.  Set up your room in darkness with one candle. Set a space outside to sit afterwards. And finish by lighting more candles and /or going outside to be present to the light of the sun rising. 

You can do this again at the end of the year on Dec 31st.
