Me Mixes

An experimental DJ set, a pre warm up you could say that I have re-recorded some weeks after the second Earthlings event held at HWK Hackney Wick, London 02/03/2024 ..
This is a live mix recorded at home using Technics 1210's and Pioneer CDJ's and an Ecler Mixer.
The mix includes electronica , micro ambient, minimal experimental textures from all corners of the earth. Sometimes played at half speed / wrong speed to work with slower bpm's. This adjustments also create a different listening experience, a wall of sound with more tension and depth, to then have more open and uplifting soundscapes to release any tension and relax to.

Tommy J Mundell has a strong foundation of DJ experience having learnt his craft organising events in Portsmouth from the age of 18 and now residing in London with a passion for electronic music still burning with ambition 20 years later.

Mundell's dedication to the craft to deejaying, passion for music and story telling through different textures and rhythms has drawn attention to other promotors to play along side Will Saul, Terry Francis, Josh Wink, Eddie Richards, Mr C, Omid 16 B, Lauhaus,  Phil Kieran and Tommy Four Seven, Nick Curley, Ryan Crossan, Sousk, Phil 'Moonface' Thompson  to name a few. 

2022 Will see his own original productions released through his new label Equation For Love, Here Mundell will release mixes under a new alias as well  ' Move Tomove ' and interpretations of his music remixed by talented friends he has met on dance floors across Europe over the years.
