"Last year 2022 I released only one single May 18th titled "Ten Toes Down (I Got You) Ft. the great Voris Forte shout out to you brotha. It was such a great summer fun record but I really dropped the ball with it.  During the pandemic I had decided to invest in myself as an engineer. Little did I know I would also decide that I was sorta giving up on my music. I started focusing more on learning how to record better music on my own but it started to turn into the thing that I was just doing for fun and it didn't feel the need to really push myself as an artist anymore, I just wanted to simply create. It wasn't until this last December that I realized that the music for me felt fun again because it's 1 of the 2 things I actually have a passion for in this life that I live. Coming to this self realization ignited a new fire to just show the world what I love to do. Good, Bad, or Indifferent I just want to show the world what I have learned, the growth I have attained over this time and the work that my creative mind sought to bring into fruition so that's what this project represents. A new beginning a new year 2023  just living life my way and breaking into new territory!

My goal as a man is to take care of my woman's your soul. To show her that it’s not hard for a man to want her, handle her, hold her down and take care of her like a man is suppose to for his woman. I get that I am unexpectedly not the guy you think of in your head but respectfully I accept the challenge of fulfilling every need that you could possibly have in every category that matters whether it’s physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, sexually, and financially! As a man I believe that actions speak so much louder than words and I am ready, willing, and able to do what it takes to uplift you as a Queen. My promise to you is to work my ass off for you everyday that I get the opportunity to. To wipe away your tears when it rains, to giving you the biggest reason to smile when the sun shines, to get in shape for you, to live healthy for you, to be your peace of mind, your refuge away from this cold world around us, to be your hope, to be your confidant, your protector, your strength, your healer, to be the one person that makes you feel whole and complete to simply be your safe haven, your home. You’re worth the time, energy, and the effort to pursue. 

 I hope this album is a small representation of how far I am willing to go to nourish and balance you. To be attentive, to encourage, motivate, and inspire you in every way that I can to become every bit of the amazing woman I see in you everyday. I believe in you GG and there is nothing that could ever make me feel like you aren’t God’s Gift to this world. Thank you for being you! 

Full Disclosure: I created this album before I got with my current partner and she has granted me permission to release this music because she believes in my talent and what I do. So let these words above reflect the fact that this is the type of man that I am and the type of man that I want to be. I am no longer pursuing a relationship with Summir but instead putting this type of energy into someone who appreciates and reciprocates that same energy back on to me.
