After topping the airwaves and receiving two ARIA Award nominations for his smash hit ‘Dreams’ featuring Reigan, multiple platinum-selling producer Jolyon Petch turns his production skills to another certified classic, with a brand new rework of Kylie Minogue's 'Spinning Around'. Already hitting #3 on the ARIA Club Chart ahead of its release, Petch has masterfully crafted a new twist on the Kylie smash to deliver a disco-infused outing that elevates the classic to new heights.

“Fresh off the success of Dreams, I wanted to delve into something more personal,” explains Jolyon. “I've always had a soft spot for the original Kylie vinyl and 'Spinning Around' was a stand-out for me. But I knew it had untapped potential for a club banger. So, I got to work on my own version and as soon as I locked in that ‘80s inspired chord progression, everything from the basslines to the drums just fell into place effortlessly. And when UK vocal powerhouse Lou LaBelle jumped on board, she took it to the next level and truly made the vocal shine.” 

Jolyon Petch has dominated the ARIA Club Charts over the past few years, spending a mammoth 13 weeks at the #1 spot across his acclaimed dance releases, including his most recent release ‘I Just Want Your Touch’ with Starley. Jolyon’s rework of the iconic Fleetwood Mac track ‘Dreams’ featuring Reigan took out 2021’s #1 most played Australian song on radio beating the likes of international superstars Kid Laroi & Justin Bieber, earning him a double platinum record in Australia and a gold record in New Zealand.  ‘Dreams’ featuring Reigan also picked up two ARIA Award nominations – for Best Dance Release and the coveted Song of the Year category. He is the first New Zealand-born dance music producer to have secured over ten #1 singles on the Australian ARIA Club Charts as well as multiple top five positions on the UK Upfront Club Charts as well, with his previous single with Starley earning him his first ever #1 on the UK club charts,

Over the years, Jolyon’s production work has seen him tapped to remix international pop artists such as Pet Shop Boys & Example, Snoop Dogg, Troye Sivan, Mel B (Spice Girls), Carmen Electra, Jessica Sutta (Pussycat Dolls), Conrad Sewell, Siedah Garrett & Starley, plus house music luminaires Robin Schulz, Junior Jack, Armand Van Helden x MECK, Tobtok, NERVO, Freemasons, Prince Fox, DAZZ, Calvo and many more.



Jolyon’s new version of ‘Spinning Around’ features the vocals of UK singer Lou LaBelle. Born and raised in East London, LaBelle has worked with the likes of Robbie Williams, Jess Glynne, Joss Stone and Ellie Goulding.
