Boom Bapadelic is a collection of boom bap beats that I made on the MPC Live 2 specifically for this album. Inspired mostly by the 90's era from artists and groups like Wu-Tang, Cypress Hill, Tribe Called Quest and so.

If you love listening to boom bap and need some new mixed with the old this album is for you. I did a lot of heavy sampling and sound design and played a little bit of electric guitar and bass here and there. All tracks were recorded through my studio rack featuring a variety of gear like tube drives, limiters, compressors, and exciters. 

The key sound to this album though are two guitar pedals. One being the Electro Harmonix Platform that gives it that light saturation you'll hear mixed with a medium heavy compression setting. 

The other pedal, the one that really provides the unique sound for this album is the Deco Strymon. I used it for tape saturation. Its an awesome pedal well worth the money and without it this album would not be what it is.
