someday I will write a short fable about 
this Serpent. who, while climbing a tree spied a nest
And that nest was watch over by a bird
That bird raised a ruckus in an attempt to scare the serpent
So loud that a nearby sleeping bear woke to see the ruckus
the bear didn't care much for snakes or birds 
but in a rash and angry attempt he swatted at the bird
striking the lowest limb, knocking it down, serpent bird and beehive all landing on the bears head  
 the serpent still gets the egg

Didn't take note of the train operator (CN or CP).
Recorded near Chandler, Gaspésie, Québec, Canada,
in the summer of 2010, close to the shore.
