As a young boy Tom Pearce would dress up in everything he could find no matter what the neighbours said. Aged 3 he had a total fascination with Feathers & Glitter. Listening and Dancing to the Beatles and Boy George on his Dad’s Steepletone Record Player he spent half his time stark naked – his journey as a showman had begun!!!
	
At School, studies took a back seat and he developed an obsession with heavy metal, listening devoutly to Marilyn Manson & Alice Cooper. Taking full advantage of Gothic, Glam Rock inspired styles he would dress to shock in the playground. This departure from the norm kick started his passion for expressing himself in music.

TP strives to create performances a little different to the typical rules of Pop. 

‘I have always enjoyed playing on the mind of onlookers, creating something they don’t necessarily understand but enjoy the visual and vocals & crave for more. Performances aren’t all about the singing & music. It needs magic, something inspiring & I think that comes from the whole package: Killer Tracks, Attitude, Fashion & Art!’

TP is reaching for the stars - believing that ultimately the only thing holding him back is himself. Through writing all his songs, melody lines and lyrics, TP relates many of the experiences he has had in life to the music being created. 

‘My aim is to merge Pop with different cultures and styles. Widen our daily mainstream pop culture into something a little darker, creative & fresh’

This may be one hell of a tall order for some country lad who’s 20. But consider that since leaving school TP has: Sung Live at The O2, Recorded with Abbey Road producers, Finished Runner-Up in Live & Unsigned UK, Finished 3rd in Open Mic UK, Directed and Styled his own photoshoot – GlitzNGlam, Created a stir on the X Factor, and signed his single ‘Here We Go’ to the feature film ‘About Her’.
 
Continuously creating music TP is working to cultivate his style and push himself musically, he will soon be directing his very own video and getting out to do what he loves best – Performing.
