This song an ode to all who overcome ugliness in the world we share. It can be viewed through the lense of personal struggle, and being Black in America, but ultimately it's about being human, or whatever you genuinely believe it should be about. So it's about believing, but not just believing. It's about believing in something true, and believing in it enough to act in concert with that truth. 

WHAT the SONG SAY

It's a process. No, it's a journey from provocation to peace. Anger is not a primary emotion. It's a reaction to something deep, there, hurting the heart. Fear, shame, etc. Something deep hurts. You feel it. You feel vulnerable, don't you? It's there, gnawing at the root of your heart. Your anger has its place, but it won't help you (or anyone else) heal. And we want to heal, don't we? Yes. So we must deal at the root. Let's go, beneath the surface. Let's do good work there. Let's begin this journey, together.
