A vinyl enthusiast, @decka-music style of mixing is energetic and fast paced, yet tight and precise. He built up his a reputation as a producer, first making noise in 2015 on Darwin’s Berlin label SPE:C with the « Begyndelsen ».
 
Decka makes music that journeys through bare-bones Techno, crafting hypnotic polyrhythmic patterns that look both to a tough, hypnotic sound and a sub-low pressure rooted in his home city, Bristol. 

Decka’s Unterwegs imprint that he runs with @theladymachine translates to « on the move » correlating with the label's vision to expand upon the idea that music is forever changing, evolving into new territories.

Took a bit of a trip down memory lane at the weekend and back to around the time I was getting my first proper gigs in Belfast, and also taking my first trips to Berlin. 2008 onwards was a great time for music! With how quickly sounds change and how disposable digital music is, I haven't played a lot of these tunes in over 10 years,  had fun though :)
