We are taking it back into the past as we celebrate times gone by along with a few November birthdays. Come dressed in your favourite 90s style swag or simply put on your swankiest outfit. The night will be a celebration of all things and we can’t wait to mosey down memory lane.

We are thrilled to be cohosting this event with the crew from Dems and Doll who will be animating the space with some very special decor themed around a movie. That movie will be playing in the background 😉

Our headliner is International touring artist and MAP favorite Amber Long!!

Joining her on the decks are MAP residents and cofounders Pithra & Nikoli doing a B2B. This event is also a celebration of all 3 DJs birthdays 😀 ❤️🎊 🎶

We also welcome back Julia Rita who will be live painting!

Pithra:
Pithra’s journey as a DJ/Producer started in 2010. From intimate house parties to clubs and festivals. Pithra's sound spans across a wide spectrum of House Music from Afro/Organic to Prog/Minimal & a bit of Melodic Techno sprinkled in. Based in Ottawa, Pithra is passionate about community and bringing people together. He is co-founder of the collective and label Music.Art.Ppl.

Nikoli:
Nikoli is about sound and motion, movement and frequency. Creating sets and soundscapes that match the mood and tone of the environment Nikoli plays many diverse style and genres and is not limited to one sound. He's happiest when the dance floor is moving and mutating towards a higher awareness. He has appeared throughout Ontario and Quebec playing show stopping sets at events such as Eclipse, Gaia Fest, and Sonic Springs.

We pride ourselves on creating inclusive spaces where everyone is free to express themselves in whatever form they choose. If for any reason you are disturbing out guest you will be asked to leave the venue without refund.

Ich bin immer noch so so berührt von diesen tollen 2 Stunden in der Backstube von den lieben Sumpfkrügen. Viele von euch wissen, wie sehr ich die Slots zum Sonnenauf- und -untergang bei Open Airs und Festivals liebe, dass das Wetter jedoch so doll mitspielt, hätte ich nicht zu träumen gewagt. Als hätten wir uns abgesprochen, hat die Sonne im ersten und verträumteren Teil meines Sets perfekt die Abendstrahlen durch die Bäume geworfen, eh es beim treibenden zweiten Teil dann auch dunkler wurde. Das ganze dann mit dem Blick auf so viele bekannte und auch neue Gesichter, welche mit mir den Startschuss ins Wochenende eingeläutet haben - schöner geht es wirklich nicht! Der Moment, als wir dann alle zusammen mit den Armen im Himmel "Time after time" geschrien haben, war einer der besondersten Momente die ich je hinterm DJ Pult erlebt habe. Danke euch allen! Aus all diesen guten Gründen daher hier die Aufnahme aus diesen magischen 2 Stunden - nicht immer perfekt, dafür mit viel liebe gebacken <3
