Angioma joins for DifferentSound Podcast #246.

With a career spanning around 10 years already, Angioma is one of those examples of relentlessness and full dedication to the scene.

Label owner, event promoter and much more, he started the Room project many years ago in Barcelona but moved to Berlin in 2020, taking the concept to other cities in Europe such as Amsterdam, the German capital and more expected in the coming future. On the booth, he has only one objective: to set the dancefloor on fire with his blend of groove and hypnotism with a constant driving touch.

Angioma is certainly a prolific producer with music on Room Trax, Animal Farm, Made Of Concrete, Mind Medizin, and upcoming releases on industry staples like Soma and AMTK, and also Anaoh. His involvement and maturity despite his young age surely make Angioma an artist to watch.

She graduated from two music schools, but found her true calling in DJing, where she discovered a way to share her passion with others. In her selection, she prioritizes groove and hypnotic techno, trance, indie dance, and various shades of disco (dark and italo), though she strives not to limit herself to just these genres. She draws inspiration from diverse sources and has a particular love for synth, tribal, and cosmic sounds. The biggest influences in her musical development have been post-punk, synthpop, and new wave, genres she always returns to whenever she’s not digging into the heavier parts of her selection. Personally, she loves listening to live music, whether at concerts or DJ sets. Recently, she also started learning music production. For over two years, she has lived in Katowice, where she’s growing her presence in the local scene. Despite her short time as a DJ, she has already played at venues such as CEL, Ciało, P23, Schron, and Wyspa Tamka.

Gourlay is a seasoned electro and techno DJ and producer from Glasgow, making a significant impact on the global music scene. He has already carved out a reputation as a formidable talent, known for his dynamic and powerful performances that captivate audiences worldwide.



Internationally, Gourlay’s performances have taken him to esteemed venues across

Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, Mexico, Argentina, Netherlands, France, Italy, and

Romania. Notable clubs include Sub Club, Fabric, LDN East 16, Stage & Radio, Eastern Bloc, Zodiak Brussels, and Mia Beach Club in Tulum.



Currently, Gourlay is a resident for PLTFRM FSTVL, who pay a particular focus to the INTR0 stage which showcases the best of the new generation of Scottish artists.  His powerful sets, characterized by groovy old-school beats, drive crowds into a frenzy and highlight his

prowess as a true selector.

Gourlay is hitting his stride as an artist and producer with releases on digital and vinyl as well as esteemed club and festival bookings.
