Our final free download of the year finds Emi Galvan and D-Nox joining forces for a much-anticipated rework of Underworld’s ‘Dark & Long’. Argentinean DJ and producer Emi Galvin has consistently defied expectations throughout his much-lauded decade-long career. Through the success of early tracks like 2016's ‘Taking Over’ and ‘Universe’, the Buenos Aires resident emerged into one of the progressive scene’s most promising talents. A rich musical background with time spent in rock bands playing guitar and singing gave Emi’s electronic compositions a measurable creative edge. This elusive sound did not go unnoticed as he quickly earned the praise of genre tastemakers Cid Inc, Eelke Kleijn, Guy J, Guy Mantzur, Hernan Cattaneo and Nick Warren; while landing career defining releases via Balance, Sudbeat and The Soundgarden. Meanwhile, hailing from Germany but now based in Brazil, D-Nox has continued to thrill fans with both cutting edge music and enlightening DJ sets. Whether operating in solo capacity or as one half of D-Nox and Beckers, the German artist lays claim to an impressive resume, highlighted by releases on Bedrock, Einmusika, Sudbeat and his own Sprout imprint. Having previously worked together for Guy Mantzur’s Plattenbank imprint, Emi and D-Nox also took to re-imagining Underworld’s ‘Dark & Long’ earlier this year. Now over thirty years old, the Original version was the lead track on the British band’s third and most critically acclaimed album ‘dubnobasswithmyheadman’. As a favourite of Sasha, Digweed and a host of other A-list DJs, there are few productions which have stood the test of time in a more enduring fashion. In preparation for a strong summer club season, Clubsonica Records unveils two exclusive free downloads set to be essential weapons for the remainder of 2025. Having offered a variety of private remixes over the years, it has become somewhat of a label tradition to fuel the world’s dancefloors with new memories of yesterday’s classics, a series which has already turned out exceptional interpretations of ‘Heaven Scent’ by Bedrock, ‘Universal Nation’ by Push, Gotye’s ‘Somebody That I Used to Know’ and Sasha’s iconic ‘Belfunk’, amongst others. The latest installment in the series has been prepped and readied for the summer season, with Kamilo Sanclemente unveiling his remix of ‘The Man With The Red Face’ by Mark Knight & Funkagenda, while Clubsonica label boss Juan Pablo Torrez and Kamilo showcase their collaborative re-imagination of ‘Elle’ by DJ Gregory.

Selection one finds Clubsonica stalwart Kamilo Sanclemente remixing ‘The Man With The Red Face’ by Mark Knight & Funkagenda. Originally released in 2009 as a cover of Laurent Garnier’s turn of the millennium classic, the UK duo reinvented the seminal track with more of a DJ friendly and thus effective approach, resulting in what has been one of the biggest club records across the last two decades. Enter Colombian talent Kamilo Sanclemente who through dedication to his craft, unrelenting work ethic and extraordinary creative vision, has carved out a place for himself as one of the world’s foremost progressive house producers. As a highlight in his sets for some time, the Cali resident’s reimagination utilizes the lead chord stabs and freeform saxophone highlights, for a bouncy feel good summer record that is sure to be a highlight across dancefloors around the globe.

Selection two finds occasional studio partners Kamilo Sanclemente and beloved Clubsonica label boss Juan Pablo Torrez unveiling their rework of DJ Gregory’s house anthem ‘Elle’. Released in 2003 via Faya Combo, before being licensed to Defected, the twelve-minute tribal house workout quickly became one of the summer’s biggest records, being played by every A-list DJ, including BBC Radio One’s Pete Tong. Its enduring sounds still sound fresh today, which is not only the mark of a truly special record but one that will always stand the test of time. A meaningful piece of music for Kamilo and Juan as well, the Colombian duo pay their respects to the track with a light and incredibly groovy rendition which stays true to the main musical themes, allowing them to breathe in all their glory atop lively beats, rebounding rhythms and hip-swinging percussion. Perfect for all forms of spring and summer party play, this is a rework which has already been making its mark on Colombia's finest dancefloors.

Toni Chiera wurde 1975 in Biel geboren. Der Italiener entdeckte bereits in der Schule die Leidenschaft für das Skateboardfahren. 1993 erreichte er einen bedeutenden Meilenstein, als er am internationalen Münster Monster Masterchip teilnahm. Bald darauf entschied er sich, seiner zweiten grossen Leidenschaft – der Musik und dem DJing – nachzugehen. Im Juli 1994 hatte er seinen ersten Auftritt an einer Goa-Party, wo er das Publikum mit seinen Techno- und Acid-Beats begeisterte.

Inspiriert von der aufkommenden Techno-Bewegung und seinen erfolgreichen Auftritten etablierte er sich rasch in der Underground-Szene. Seine Fähigkeit, Musik in unterschiedlichen Räumen und im Freien zu visualisieren, half ihm, auch auf Goa-Partys das Publikum zu fesseln, obwohl er dort eher selten klassischen Goa Trance spielte. Begegnungen mit der DJ-Grösse „Papa“ Sven Väth, wo er die meisten Parallelen zu seiner Musik fand, wurde er so inspiriert, dass er ihn sich damals zum Vorbild nahm.

Nach einer fast zweijährigen DJ-Pause, in der er sich auf seinen Abschluss konzentrierte, kehrte Tony zurück in die Musikszene. Währenddessen hatte sich diese verändert und verlagerte sich zunehmend Richtung Clubs. In dieser Zeit spielte er unter anderem im Unit Club Biel und im Love Zoo Neuchâtel, wo er seinen ersten Resident-Vertrag erhielt.

Tony trat neben nationalen DJs wie MindX, Snowman, Pure und Nonsdrome, sowie internationalen Grössen wie Pascal FEOS, Timo Maas auf. Besonders inspirierend waren für ihn zwei private B2B-Sessions, eine mit DJ Serafin und eine mit DJ Shaka.

Nachdem einer fast zehnjährigen Auszeit von den Turntables, feiert er im Dezember 2010 im Grenchner Raumkultur sein Come-Back. Mit neu erworbener Gelassenheit und Reife, genoss er sein neues DJ-Dasein. Er erfreute sich daran, seine Passion für Musik mit gleichgesinnten DJ-Freunden zu teilen, gemeinsam als Kollektiv zu spielen und eigene Events zu veranstalten. In dieser Zeit erweiterte er sein musikalisches Repertoire um Progressive-, Tech- und Deep House.

2019 entdeckte Tony eine für ihn neue Musikrichtung, mit der er sich lange auseinandersetzte: den Organic-House, der Naturklänge integriert und sich auch hervorragend für Veranstaltungen im Freien eignet. Mit großer Leidenschaft setzte er seine Visionen um, baute ein neues Netzwerk auf und verspürte den Drang, seine musikalische Vision mit einem größeren Publikum zu teilen. 

Heute ist Tony della Valle an sorgfältig ausgewählten Orten der Erholung und Inspiration anzutreffen, wo er den Menschen mit seiner Musik unbeschwerte Momente schenkt. Spielt er unter freiem Himmel, erkennt man schnell sein grosses Potenzial. Seine Musik entfaltet generationsübergreifend ihre Wirkung und schafft auch in eleganten Restaurants und in Bars das passende Ambiente.

Bio

Toni Chiera was born in Biel in 1975. The Italian discovered his passion for skateboarding at school. In 1993 he reached a significant milestone when he took part in the international Münster Monster Masterchip. Soon after, he decided to pursue his second great passion - music and DJing. In July 1994 he made his first appearance at a Goa party, where he thrilled the audience with his techno and acid beats.

Inspired by the emerging techno movement and his successful performances, he quickly established himself in the underground scene. His ability to visualize music in different rooms and outdoors helped him to captivate the audience at Goa parties, even though he rarely played classic Goa trance there. Encounters with the DJ great "Papa" Sven Väth, where he found the most parallels to his music, inspired him so much that he took him as a role model.

After a break from DJing for almost two years, during which he concentrated on his degree, Tony returned to the music scene. In the meantime, the scene had changed and was increasingly moving towards clubs. During this time, he played at the Unit Club Biel and the Love Zoo Neuchâtel, where he received his first resident contract.

Tony performed alongside national DJs such as MindX, Snowman, Pure and Nonsdrome, as well as international greats such as Pascal FEOS and Timo Maas. Two private B2B sessions, one with DJ Serafin and one with DJ Shaka, were particularly inspiring for him.

After a break from the turntables of almost ten years, he celebrated his comeback in December 2010 at Raumkultur in Grenchner. With newly acquired composure and maturity, he enjoyed his new life as a DJ. He enjoyed sharing his passion for music with like-minded DJ friends, playing together as a collective and organizing his own events. During this time, he expanded his musical repertoire to include progressive, tech and deep house.

In 2019, Tony discovered a new style of music that he had been exploring for a long time: organic house, which integrates natural sounds and is also ideal for outdoor events. He implemented his visions with great passion, built a new network and felt the urge to share his musical vision with a larger audience.

Today, Tony della Valle can be found in carefully selected places of relaxation and inspiration, where he gives people carefree moments with his music. When he plays outdoors, you quickly recognize his great potential. His music has an impact across generations and also creates the right ambience in elegant restaurants and bars.
