AS Saytek and Mark Gwinnett’s Cubism label marks its 15th year anniversary this year, the label is preparing 3 EPs each containing 5 brand new tracks each as we continue to look to the future. The first edition is here, welcome to the Cubism 5X3 EP series.

These 3 EPs will sit alongside the FI5X3EN album which features 20 of the best tracks from the last 5 years of the label. This forthcoming album marks our third 5 year milestone, a collection which follows our previous acclaimed 5IVE and T3N albums and is due for release towards the end of the year. Keep your ears out for that.

Here, Cubism 5X3 - Volume 1 is released next month. This first instalment features a diverse range exclusive electronic music by Cubism co-founder Tony Thomas, Cubism and The Night Bazaar’s Mark Gwinnett under his Lunacy Sound Division alias alongside friends of the label JP Chronic, Subk0de and Boston George.
A diverse first instalment of the 5X3 series, volume 1 encapsulates what Cubism is all about. Electronic dance music aimed firmly at the dance floor, all doing the business in their own unique and unexpected way.

We hope you enjoy and look forward to hearing what you think.

Álvaro Santana González más conocido como AlvaroStyla nació en el año 1989 en la isla de Fuerteventura ( Islas Canarias, España ) desde muy pequeño a estado vinculado en el mundo de la música gracias a su Abuelo José González el cual era cantante de lírico y siempre le inculcó el valor de la buena música y el saber apreciarla.
AlvaroStyla siempre a estado de un lugar a otro tanto en las islas como en el resto de España casi siempre relacionado con el mundo de la electrónica trabajando tanto como RRPP, camarero, decorador de eventos, etc etc.
Siempre aprendiendo y empapándose de amigos DJs, productores y de otros artistas que se ha encontrado a lo largo de su vida hasta el año 2012 que se estableció en la isla de Gran Canaria donde siguió conociendo a grandes profesionales del sector, lo que le vino muy bien para seguir aprendiendo. Después de mucho aprendizaje en el año 2022 decidió dar el paso como DJ con un estilo único, con un groove impresionante y con su toque Minimal Deep Tech a trabajado para colectivos como: Exogroove (Tenerife) Orígenes (Tenerife) Unity (Gran Canaria) entre otros.
Siempre en modo aprendizaje ahora está con muchos nuevos proyectos en el cuál entra la producción musical, con lo que espera conseguir entrar en otro apartado más profesional de la escena electrónica.
