Beirut-based DJ, Michel Khairallah also known as Spacemeter, brings out the funk with a soulful and jazzy mix full of handpicked tunes. Michel first became interested in funk and disco-house music scene in 2013 at Punto Beach Bar in Bulgaria when he decided straight away to obtain his first pioneer mixing kit. Having played at the coziest dancefloors across Lebanon, Türkiye, UAE, Qatar and Sri Lanka, he showcases his specific music selection of Funk, Disco and Melodic House, with an accurate pick of tracks to kick out the night into a colorful theme with lots of finger bass, guitars, strings, and mysterious drumlines.

Deep Techno tunes mixed in a live DJ Set, with warm rolling bass, solid drums and percussion and interesting sounds. A lot of spacey vibes and hypnotic grooves that are great to dance too or listen.

I played in a short and simple melody with chords that I totally loved while I was making an organ patch - though it made me sad, too. I couldn't help but turn it into a full track, with a build up in variations as we get to it. The subtle percussive noises remind me of butterflies in flight.

Each layer rises and falls like whispers in the underground, building towards a relentless release that honors the voices that refused to be silenced.
