I am Amante (UH-MAHN-TAY). I've been producing music since I was 16 and I didn't know how to use a metronome, just what a "hook" is. My first productions came out of a pirated Logic Pro software and since, I've been addicted to exploring sound and how it can capture feeling, setting, and situations the way photography does for visuals. I use mental visuals alongside experimentation to produce my music because visuals are a good source of intention, choosing progressions, and communicating a solid message which can inspire wordplay. 

Some of my influences are Miguel, Musiq Soulchild, Usher, Chris Brown, The Weeknd (come-up Weeknd sound--house of balloons), Kanye, Panic at the Disco, Evanescence, Avril Lavigne, Pharrell, John Legend, Harry Styles, Prince, Michael Jackson, Tchami, Kaleem Taylor, Deej, Doja Cat, Chris Stapleton, U2, Journey 

I aspire to put on epic shows centered on movement and dance theatrics. I'm also a professional theater performer here in D.C., and I have a film on HBOmax. I love to tell stories and intend to create the most epic dance/story watching experience people have ever encountered. 

*you will find that my tracks continue to be replaced with remasters. I master all my own tracks manually so as I listen on various speakers over time with fresh ears, I go back and replace. enjoy*
