Normally done as a waltz but I found a good 4/4 style on the Clavinova and did my own thing to it.

This song was where Barry Manilow got the previously unpublished lyrics from the widow of the late Johnny Mercer and wrote a melody to it which I think fits perfectly ( you can listen to Barry's recording on You Tube)

Sleepwalk - Ketron SD1

Thinking of joining a new band playing Tijuana style music with two trumpets and a bass and drummer. 
This tune is one Herb Alpert recorded in the 60's.
Just a test for the various sounds - this was just the first take so I will need to record it properly.
Do you think Tijuana Brass might prove popular at all?

Winds of Barcelona - Audya

Played organ for many years then keyboards and most recently tenor sax.
I also write my own songs now and then.
Just recently bought one of the new Yamaha Clavinova 609 with a touch screen.
Traded in my Ketron Audya so now I cannot take the Clavinova out to the Free and Easy groups I have bought a Roland BK7-M module.
I am using this with a controller keyboard when I go out but it works well with the Clavinova at home.
Still finding my way round both instruments but will be posting something soon.
I like all kinds of music from classical to jazz and pop.
