Counterweight is inspired by balance.  The balance between collaborative material and self produced. Distributing our time wisely and productively.  Work and play, creative and complacent.  The last 2 years have been spent trying to really wrap my head around all these things and more.  This album is a journey through my mental space with equal amounts of music I made myself, and some collaborations with a few of my favorite artists from across North America.

With multiple releases and collaborations with some of the most prolific names in underground rap, Tony strives to make music that lies "outside the norm" of what people expect from Minneapolis and rap music in general.
