Peep Hot Key Collective‘s foray into dark and gritty bass music with their second iteration of the Keyboard Warriors compilation.

Featuring artists like CmdEsc, Munchkin Kat, BASEFOUR, and Noctonal!

For "Flow" the track started off from a Dirt Monkey Compilation (via his discord). I know that Patrick has been busy with kids, something I am currently going through as well, so I didn't expect a quick response. And since nobody was hearing back on the collaborama's just kept working on it until it sounded completely different and unique to my own sound. 

Additionally some inspiration was drawn from CLOZEE as I have been listening to the compilation albums with LSDReam a lot. I think the goal for this track was experiment with a type of Wook like element with some fun effects on vocals and arpeggiator.

Meg and Dia's song Monster through the eyes of THiQQy. I wanted to give this track a fresh coat of paint and modernize it a little along with giving the actual story and meaning of the song more depth. Dotexe did his remix 10+ years ago and it really fell short of telling the whole story. The song is about handling struggles with emotions when those who are close to you are involved. The lyrics are dark foreboding and sad. They tell a tale of a woman who suffers from a battle that she no longer feels she has the strength to fight. I'm not the greatest at all this, but I hope this remix gives you the energy to move your feet and fight your demons at the same time. Enjoy.
