So, we're into the 18th week of our mix series and we've got a tribal techno mix supplied by the talented Lora (@lauzzmcn). It was refreshing to hear a mix that combined elements of techno and tribal and we thoroughly enjoyed listening to this dark and melodic techno mix. 

We caught up with Lora earlier who had a few things to say about her music and why she got into DJing. "I’ve always been massively into electronic music for as long as I can remember. As soon as i was old enough I was going to every event i could find. In my early 20s I started going further afield to festivals in Europe & beyond where I always noticed elements of different cultures reflected in the music, making my favourite genres even more enjoyable. I think this helped to shape the kinda styles I love now, although I tend to change it up a lot. I was just absolutely obsessed & started to teach myself to DJ when i was 21. I never mastered it & did very little, giving up too soon. A few years on & the passion still hasn’t gone away so i recently picked it back up. I feel new to it in a lot of ways but i’m more into it now than ever. I don’t want to waste any opportunities this time around so I’m hoping to just go for it this year."
