Label boss Mark Knight is back on Toolroom Trax with Vol. 7 of his legendary Bullets EP series, and this time he’s armed with three brand new club weapons.

The Bullets EP is always a statement release with each edition seeing Mark teaming up with artists who truly inspire him, shape the sound of Toolroom Trax and continuously fuel his sets with high energy club material. Every collab feels organic, natural, and 100% authentic.

First up, Mark links with Saliva Commandos, the New York-based IN:COMMAND boss known for his signature percussive house grooves. Saliva’s been a go-to in Mark’s sets for a while now, so it’s only right to finally welcome him officially to the label. Now it wouldn’t be a Bullets EP without James Hurr. Mark’s longtime studio partner returns for their 10th official collaboration, and you can feel their chemistry all over this record. And to round off the EP is a collab with Spanish powerhouse Dario Nunez. General Moses and Mike McFly are back together, and back on Strangelove with a big room tech house banger. 

Between the two of them, these guys share a serious love for all things bass. With releases on House of Hustle and a close connection to Toolroom Records the two have been crossing paths all year, so this next collab feels totally natural. General Moses’ love for dance goes beyond measure with the launch of his AI powered podcast ‘Tech House Daily’ that spotlights artists which is a great platform for acts to be newly discovered. Mike McFly is also shaping the next wave of producers through his work in coaching and engineering, proving that both artists are as dedicated to the culture as they are to the music.

When Pig&Dan decided to join forces, they began a truly prolific production schedule establishing their reputation as producers of pulsating electronic music that straddled dark house and high-energy techno, whilst creating their signature style of twisted and experimental breakdowns. Since those early days, they have created a repertoire that not many can match and have constantly been releasing their music on the most respected labels and playing at the best events worldwide.

Pig&Dan follow up to their outstanding first EP on Drumcode with ‘Chemistry’. Compromising of three tracks the mood fluctuates with each record to create a well-balanced, dynamic EP. Chemistry is a dreamy listening platform that mixes cyclic synth lines and stabs to crescendo into a late night imagination. The other two tracks are on the harder tip with their thunderous kick drums and disorientated sounds that provide a different edge to the EP with a harder, peak time sound.
