Here we go with our very first exclusive premiere and we've got a corker to get things rolling. Venezuelan duo Fur Coat have kindly given us the first play of the title track from their forthcoming EP 'There's No Time', which is coming out on Jamie Jones' ever popular Hot Creations label.

This new track is a perfect example of their love affair with the sleazier side of house music, razor sharp synth lines cascade over a hefty set of percussion and a rumbling, morose b-line while a pitched-down, barely audible vocal lurks in the background. Hot stuff we're sure you'll agree. You can get your copy of the cut from the 31st of March.

Venezuelan wonder producers Fur Coat step up for a triumphant return to their spiritual home of Crosstown Rebels armed with a solid stack of weapons to vamp up the dancefloor. Fur Coat is one of the most hard-working and passionate duos in the business. Unearthed and championed by original Rebel Damian Lazarus, the duo released their impressive debut album ‘Mind Over Matter’ in 2012 on Crosstown Rebels

Since the album dropped, the pair have been called upon to sprinkle the unmistakable Fur Coat magic to reworks of legends such as Timo Maas & Robert Owens as well as hot newcomers Kidnap Kid & Joy Wellboy. April 2014 saw another landmark as the guys released their first original material since Mind Over Matter. 'Theres No Time EP' came out on the much hyped Hot Creations imprint from Jamie Jones & Lee Foss and is still getting hammered by some of the biggest players in the game today. Hot on its heels came 'The Right Move EP' for Ellen Allien's legendary Berlin imprint Bpitch Control, and featured the vocal talents of Jaw from DOP, again cementing Fur Coat’s name at the top of the industry.

“Since the very beginnings of our existence we have filled our tribal or religious rituals with music; rituals to bond, to connect spiritually or just to let loose. I have no idea why we are so drawn to the120-126 BPM four-to-the-floor. All I know is that House is the soundtrack to our modern day biggest ritual and I love being part of that. My aim is to create an energy on the dancefloor and, for me, it’s not about working strictly within the limit of a genre. It’s about sharing the same taste and this exceeds genres. I found my inspiration for ‘The Gift’ when I stumbled upon a video of a preacher on the internet, preaching that music is a gift of God and that, when we listen to music, we open up to the message of the lyrics.”

SOMN3UM TURN IN REMIX OF DAKOTA’S MASSIVE TUNE 'LONG HOT SUMMER'

Somn3um have remixed Dakota's massive single 'Long Hot Summer', turning the tropical tinged pop tune into an all-out house monster with their trademark beats and bass.

Dakota's inimitable vocals reached notoriety in 2015 when she featured on Jonas Blue's huge hit 'Fast Car'. She's now launching her solo pop career with 'Long Hot Summer', and Somn3um's mix is the perfect antidote to the end of season blues.

Somn3um (comprising of British House producers David Newsum and Scott Forshaw), have been making a big names for themselves in the live circuit securing residencies at The Gallery (Ministry of Sound) and Dubai's biggest club, Zero Gravity, where they have been playing alongside the likes of Hannah Wants, Sander Van Doorn and Danny Howard.

David Newsum began his career in electronic music as a celebrated Trance DJ and producer, having received recognition from the likes of Above & Beyond and featuring on A State of Trance. He was signed to the revered UK label Discover Records.

Scott Forshaw is one of the talented group of fast-rising DJ/producers hailing from Leeds, UK. His sound is instantly recognisable: bass infused House including 90s R&B and Garage references with a hard-hitting groove. It's this infectious sound which caught the eye of Armada, signing him up in late 2015. Scott's label credits include the likes of Universal, Ministry of Sound, Hed Kandi, 3Beat, Toolroom and many more.
