In these complex times of epidemics, big name loses, and civil confusion, there’s only one way to describe it… madness… March madness. So to provide some remedy to the mind & soul, Unorthodocks & Solute have formulated a campaign in tribute to these dark days and to the tournament that bares the same name that was cancelled the month of its run. With Unorthodocks calling upon a variety of music producers to hone in on a universe created through dense lyricism and beats with their own personalities living amongst themselves in their own world. Meanwhile, Solute pairs with in-house producer, Say10. The two expose listeners to what you could only articulate as a Saturday night with good weed & fine women; but that thought in the back of your head of wonderment if this all really worth it before getting hit with cop sirens. Solute & Docks, together, will make for a new mark in a developing chapter of hip hop; continuing to intertwine the always apparent elements of both hip hop and basketball culture.
