A sonic narrative meant to bring together the fragmented story of L’anabase, a photographic research around displacement, connecting Greece and Palestine. Episode 6 ( ٠٦) Barzakh features readings of Glisten’s research on the Mediterranean Sea as a geopoetic space. The words intertiwe historical events as described in Miriam Cook’s Mediterranean Passages, with Greek myths and personal stories. The narration is weaved as a meditative walk through the liquid continent that is Mediterranean land and sea.

The music he produces is strange and melancholic, but also optimistic and naive. A loner, he creates symphonic, abstract miniatures around evolving loops cobbled together from guitar sounds and sprinkled with his whispered lyrics.
