> Torc is the techno alias of Oscar Verlinden. In the studio it means exploring the grinding edge of sonic distortion, where sounds break down and become their true selves. On the dancefloor it means percussive, driving energy, sometimes uplifting and playful, sometimes deep and melancholic.

> Torc has been doing this for the better part of 15 years now, and is taking a new generation of producers with him on the journey on his Underdog YouTube channel. Now that dancefloors have re-opened he looks forward to getting in front of them again, uniting people in dark sweaty rooms, opening up portals in space and time with stroboscopic sound sculptures. It’s time – let’s go.
