To mark the new season, ARONA unveils its latest Various Artists compilation (VA008),bringing together 9 tracks from a rising wave of artists, each carrying a unique vision of techno: ÅMRTÜM, KTK, NTBR, Morélia, Satin, Iman Janes, Elzym, Etera, ANNIE, and Rin La Dalle.

Conceived as a true tribute to techno in all its shades, this compilation navigates between percussive grooves, sharp hard techno, bouncy energy, and psychedelic flights close to psytrance.
In short, a true sonic mosaic that refuses to be confined to a single
register, perfectly embodying the label’s DNA: freedom and uncompromising intensity.
With this selection, ARONA offers a rich and contrasted sonic journey, ranging from hypnotic tribal rhythms to raw effectiveness, while exploring more cosmic textures.
Each track represents a singular facet of today’s electronic scene, and together, they form a vivid fresco of contemporary techno.

This release coincides with another key event: ARONA’s return to the legendary Rex Club on
September 4, featuring behind the decks several of the artists from the compilation (Iman
Janes, Rin La Dalle, KTK, ÅMRTÜM).

Torsten Kanzler stands for impulsive and powerful techno. Like a chief engineer he operates his set and takes the crowd into a universe of mind-blowing drum-arrangements, creaking synths and warm growling basslines, using „Maschine“ of Native Instrument, two Allen & Heath Xone K2, and an iPad.
