Berliner Daniel Boon delivers a heavy dose of Techno in his “Julio” EP, racking up two similarly titled that complement each other, adjoined by a remix from Kuukou label chief Simina Grigoriu and the one and only Torsten Kanzler.
Moving to the realm of sub bass percussion and tunnelling synths comes in "Julio", an equally compelling piece with its distinct melody and its impeding lead line. 
Simina Grigoriu chimes in on the remix for "Julio", undercutting the main groove and morphing it into a more playful yet solemn reconstruction. 
"Juno" kicks off with a sturdy bassline that aims straight to the core: cavernous and monumental, it completely envelops the listener in an instant. 
TRK main man Torsten Kanzler sings off the final rework, a glitch heavy, immersive and powerful Techno exploration. 
Brimming with energy, all four tracks stand out and offer intense, energy-driven tools to stir up any dancefloor.

TKR label chief Torsten Kanzler teams up with fellow Techno head Robert Egenolf in a triple portion of techno ready for club play, with Dok&Martin and Bjoern Torwellen on the remixes.

Opening up with the trippy journey into SCYTH, the intensity builds up while the rhythm stays locked, dragging the listener closer to euphoria as the track soars with arpeggiated strings. It’s heavy-hitting Techno at its finest, a trait that Dok & Martin garner on the remix. The duo reframe SCYTH into a haunting composition, with ominous bass rumbles and murky loops that intertwine harmoniously, while keeping a steady hypnotic rhythm throughout the track. 
Title track Void Trip shows a special emphasis on melody, while still having a straightforward impact with its rolling bass and absorbing rhythm sections. Diving into dark and cavernous realms, Bjoern Torwellen morphs the track into an equally dynamic, tunnel groove-ridden alternative.Just as adventurous as the previous tracks, it brings a bold mood to an EP full of late night dungeon grooves.

Stiv Hey debuts on Berlin imprint Kuukou Records after a slew of well received releases on essential labels such as Trapez or Sci + Tec. Across the three tracks of “Waves Of Light”, the Italian producer takes on a big room sound with flair and gusto. 
On title track “Waves of Light”, an apprehensive lead looms at the forefront while a beautiful arpeggiator rises and withdraws in the background. The track carries us through emotional peaks but a lonely siren wails in the background, a stark reminder that it can all easily turn sideways. 
Belgian duo Filterheadz take on “Waves Of Light” and inject some dynamics into the track without losing its deep and menacing qualities. The breakdowns stay big and a good amount of rave stabs get thrown in for good measure. 
On closer “Atlantis”, Stiv Hey takes us on a trip under the influence of the raptures of the deep. It’s a techno narcosis that’s brought to the edge and explodes at just the right moment.
