When TheFatRat posted this acapella, I knew I had to remix it. Time moved on and I didn't, I needed to be able to relate to the song before I could ever even begin to remix it. Well, some things happened in my life, mainly the loss of my dog, Kao, which inspired me to complete this remix. I've debated a lot on whether I should release this song or not. I feel like whenever I make music, what's the point in posting it if it only gets 100 plays? 

I realized that even if my music isn't as popular as most, it doesn't mean it's not good. I continue to make music and post it here because it's something I love doing. Every note of the chords, every run of the arpeggios was crafted by me sitting in front of my computer. It starts off as a sound inside my head, and I try my best to translate it to an audible format.

My music is an accurate representation of myself as a being. I put my all into it so other people can hear it and feel something, because feeling something is better than nothing. I hope you enjoy Halo (You), it took me many months and many revision to get it right. Fun fact the original didn't have a beat change!

(This song was inspired by my recent interactions with people. Lately, I'll talk to people consistently for days, even weeks, then out of nowhere they switch up on me and become a whole new person, a friend turned foe. I want to know why people do this, why they stop talking to me but I know that if I ask, it'll only bother them, so I take the out of sight out of mind approach. Usually, unless someone a baddie, if someone leaves me on read, what I do is give them a month to interact with me, if they don't I'll just block them, they aren't worth my time and I'm ultimately better off without them. Small rant, but I make music to see the light in scummy situations. Love you, see ya next time.)
