The Moscow-based producer returns to Soul Deep in impressive fashion, dropping a 4 track offering full of intoxicating Liquid vibes.  With releases on Soul Deep, Med School, Absys, Off-World, and Fokuz, Electrosoul System continues to release quality music with their evolving signature sound.  

The All Eye Bee EP pushes their sound to new heights with the edgy, but soulful vibes of “All Eye Bee.”  The song features classic sounding soul vocals over the top of a pulsing Reese style bassline, being paced by punchy drums.  “Pimpa Tune” is up next and features epic pads, filtering synth lines, steady drums, and a deep Reese bassline that makes the tune stand out.  “F.D.T.C” is up next and features techy synth stabs, Amen sounding drums, and the right amount musical elements to make it a dance floor destroyer.  “The Expatriate” rounds out the EP with its lush pads, filtering piano chords, and punchy drums. Codename: RCRDS welcomes another label newcomer with Berlin's No_Name, who delivers a phenomenally inventive take on Jungle and Hardcore for a memorable first release on the label.

The rolling 'Fully Dysfunctional' opens the EP, switching effortlessly between ravey stabs and intricately edited drumwork before giving way to 'Lowest State Of Consciousness', where footwork jungle comes to the fore with pounding kicks and deep atmospherics. 'A Thousand Ways To Ruin Your Day' does quite the opposite, a rolling stepper full of deep bass and meticulously edited synth interplay, fully designing to screw up faces all over dancefloors. The EP closes with 'One Of Them', where dreamy 80's synths give way to introspective glitched choppage of the highest order.

A truly label stunning debut from an artist we look forward to featuring more of in the future.

RIdge Racer and games similar to it really shaped my music taste. I think i really captured the vibe of that era. Tracks that get you lost in thought. It's not ever going to be a popular genre, but its burned into my brain. If the drums and bass line are hard to follow, its probably due to the amount of chance applied to all the notes/slices ; ) Peace and Love <3

Total Science - A Brief History

Jason Greenhalgh (Q-Project) and Paul Smith (Spinback) first met in 1987 brought together through their mutual love of hip-hop music. Over the next few years the pair developed a deep appreciation for Techno and Dance music at the beginning of its worldwide takeover. By 1991, Spinback was an established DJ, gracing the decks at events week in week out including the world famous “Universe”, meanwhile Q-Project had entered into the studio, his first release "Freestyle Fanatic", Their first label, Legend Records was launched with Q-Project’s highly acclaimed "Champion Sound" in 1992. It took their profile to new heights, and it remains one of the most influential tunes of its time and generation this was swiftly followed by the start of their early recording career together under the name Funky Technicians ……and so the unstoppable collaboration had begun.
In 1996, the well established pair launched the Computer Integrated Audio (C.I.A) label and the alias Total Science, was born. Over the coming years, Total Science had releases on all the major D&B labels including Metalheadz, Goodlooking, Moving Shadow, Hospital, Tru Playaz, 31 Records, Reinforced, Soul:r, Shogun Audio to name but a few, as well as releases under their own C.I.A. and various other imprints.

Total Science/ Q-Project have release 4 albums, however, the actual number of singles and EP’s the pair have released is currently an unknown quantity. Their relentless yearning to create music and dogged approach denotes there are just too many to mention! but defining tracks of Total Science 20 year career include:
