Meen Moreen studied Jazz composition and interpretation, but after 8 years, she decided to switch it up and trade her trombone for dj decks. Interested in Techno and mixing various genres including Punk, oriental Electro, and Rap.

Moreen derives inspiration from fast tempos, samples, and superimposing tracks with the goal of creating a thrilling and energetic ambiance with musical complexity filled with melodies and rhythms. 

She produced her first single 'Digital Love Song' and made her debut in the Toronto scene with Soak and Carousel Collecives. 

She’s the co-founder of Bisous Collective and Techno Kisses, a member of Tits Collective and a resident dj for the web radio La Face B.

Second on PZ Records bootlegs series is Nøhel remix for the Ramirez track „Be A Witness“. It‘s a modern update of the track from the underrated Mexican American rapper in the Californian underground scene, which will perfectly match peak-time slots in your dj sets at the club or big room raves.

The word "bootleg" originates from the practice of smuggling illicit items in the legs of tall boots. In our new BOOTLEGS series we would like to refer this term more to the comfortable boots, that you need for being active on the dance floor due to selected tracks, reshaped into more danceable versions. Started building up his DJ-name in the middle of 2017, he has been playing sets in different music genres at gigs around Helsinki. 
Nowadays he mostly plays and produces fast-rhythmic, spacious, uplifting techno, trance and breakbeat music which is followed by his previous instrumental music background. Before moving to Helsinki, Finland in 2013 he was a guitarist and an ideology leader in a Russian underground hardcore band «Bogged Down».
