Returning to the podcast series for the fifth installment is Signal Flow. The mix features several upcoming TOCR releases, personal favorites, and eclectic rhythms executed with style and poise.The label founders have been keeping busy settling in their new studio space in Brooklyn and working on numerous forthcoming releases. Their next EP will come this Spring via Matt Tolfrey’s Leftroom Records; also a new Signal Flow & disCerN collaborative single “Coarse Language” forthcoming on My Favorite Robot Records’ “Crossing Wires” CD mix compilation; followed along by forthcoming remixes on Touch of Class and a special remix due to be out April 7th on Culprit.. As for their daily brainchild, TOCR, the label has a full 2014 release schedule of pure magic. The imprint will see its fourth release in April from Navid Izadi. It’s safe to say, 2014 will be a year to watch for the fast rising DJ’s, Producers, label owners.

With the winter having come to an end we embrace the summer and present you with a new podcast from label main stay Jonny Cruz. In this mix he starts off with a few deep house tunes and transitions into Rock edged vibes introducing Paul Mccartney’s 1985 remix by Timo Maas & James Teej, going into african soundscapes from the likes of Fela Kuti amongst others, then bringing it all back into house induced flavors and ending the mix withThiever y Corporation’s "Is It Over”. It was the last sunrise on our beloved Playa, and the morning of Temple Burn. It was also the most beautiful, absolutely surreal transformation of our moon and sun, upon the coldest night of the Burn. The energy, vibe, and temperature, quickly elevated, provided a state of bliss thanks to our all-giving sun! All these elements, along with the citizens of Black Rock City, who lift our spirits, reminded and reassured us that we’re surrounded by pure LOVE! The incredible and unique ART continues to inspire us, igniting our inner light, liberating us from our fears, and encouraging us all to be living our best lives. 

 For us, it’s an absolute pleasure and honor to be a part of such an incredible art project, broadening people’s imaginations and inspiring others to dream BIG! Reminding us of our purpose to prove the testament that MUSIC really is the answer.

Globally-established DJ, Ray Zuniga is one half label owner at Touch of Class records and one half of duo SignalFlow, as well as an internationally recognized curator and performer of accessible, yet spontaneous sounds.

After taking in their individual audible delights, it’s no wonder their shared penchant for suspending time with sophisticated, rhythmic electronic voyages have brought them together.
