18th episode of our irregular podcast series is a crunchy mix contributed by one and only, good guy Pepi Møreti. Words often don’t do much justice to music in general, especially in the case of trying to capture the essence of Pepi’s approach. So without giving away too much, or suggesting a subjective interpretation, we can at least say that the recording you’re about to indulge in is a pretty good picture of Møreti’s musical spectrum and the energy he’s able to radiate throughout its breadth. Despite being recorded at home, the thoroughly balanced mix wouldn’t fall short of bringing any crowd down to its knees inch by inch (in a good way). One more time, two more times, Møreti time.

Wispelturig sets are dark and ritualistic, full of weird sounds and subtleties.

She wants the crowd to really connect to each other and to the music, moving together in some kind of sexy trance. Her sets are mainly build up with hypnotic, tribal techno, and rhythmic, repetitious beats but every now and then she reaches a moment of euphoria with some faster cuts and some more outgoing electro or trance. She loves music that surprises and combines elements of different genres. Most tracks she plays are highly emotional, in a way.

A-Tweed is the moniker of Ant De Oto, an Italian dj/producer based in Rome.
His music is an essential smoothie of acid weird downbeats, dark electronics, EBM, cosmic disco, electro, tribal techno and goodies of global music at 360 °.
His DJ sets have no bpm limits, ranging from slow lysergic and industrial rhythms to UK-style tribal breaks.
In 2020/2021  He released on the French label Hard Fist and on the Argentine Playground Records, with remixes by Dengue Dengue Dengue, Carrot Green, Lucas Croon, CAIN and Fabrizio Mammarella, among others.

A-Tweed has new music out this year via Feines Tier (Germany), SABI (Japan), Electric Shapes (Lithuania), Duro (Mexico), Inside Out (UK) and many more. 
He is resident with his "Coal & Ash Circuit" show on Radio Alhara (Bethlehem, Palestine).
A-Tweed also has two side projects, the tribal techno duo OBLAKO MARANTA with the Russian producer Andrey Redkov from Radial Gaze and A-TWEED X OLTREFUTURO with italian producer and sound engineer Valerio Ebert, focusing on weird slow beats and acid wonky techno out on Fauna Rêve and Multi Culti. A new collaboration with Mozambican artist Nandele will be out in April 2023 via the infamous techno label TRESOR.
