Built from the sweat of the gym and the fire of the fete, CrossFit Riddim is a body-moving, pulse-racing collection of pure energy. Each track takes its name from a signature workout move, transformed into a sensual metaphor of stamina, power, and rhythm. From the explosive lift of Clean & Jerk, to the tight grip of Snatch, the heavy grind of Deadlift, and the hypnotic bounce of Double-Unders, this riddim is made for the dancefloor.

The production fuses the raw drive of dancehall riddims with the rolling weight of soca percussion and the hypnotic groove of tribal house.
