Tova is a songwriter, artist, and storyteller.

Tova is half of the Emmy Nominated writing/production duo Rockwell & Litvin. Their credits include the Marvel Rising Franchise, High School Musical: The Musical, as well as Disney’s Zombies and Villains franchises.

Tova has written for the likes of Dove Cameron, Sofia Wylie, Super Junior, Haley & Michaels, Little Glee Monster, Chanmina and Miwa. 

As a vocalist, Tova has been featured by Disney, Marvel, Nickelodeon, Barbie, Mattel, Maybelline and many more. She has been profiled by the Los Angeles Times and a featured artist on ABC and CBS news. As an artist, and half of the band Story & Blue, her music has been heavily featured in the sync world.

She is currently writing for curated television and film projects and is developing a rock opera series slated for release in 2021.
