9 rising talents of Irish music link club sonics derived from Jersey Club, Industrial Rap, Trance and Hard Drum with a juvenile sense of humour as well as a healthy dose of nostalgia and appreciation for such Irish institutions as: shifting someone’s mate at a teen disco, cúpla focail Gaeilge bhriste and drinking cans on public transport.

These are Irish rave anthems for the Tik Tok generation, a welcome dose of careless attitude and Enya infused fun during a time of great solemnity.

It should find direct appeal among those who were punished in school for not being able to sit still or anyone who enjoys hyperactive music and/or cut-and-paste sampladelia.

Artwork for Chancers Vol. 1 was designed by DJ EGG and all tracks were mastered by Ozwald.

City Imp records is a collaboration between City Imp and Roo Honeychild founded in 2020.
