DJ GARLAND / DRUM & BASS SESSION #12 ON TOXIC SICKNESS / AUGUST / 2025

T.o.M. Discovered his passion for electronic music while in his High School years in North Wales. Listening to the legendary rave tape packs of North, Steam, Death row Techno and Helter Skelter.

Once he was old enough to go, he was off on his musical journey and very soon got his hands on a set of Technics 1210s. Which is where he started to transition over from the dance floor to behind the decks.

He soon found his way to the Outdoor parties of North wales where he thrived and his love for music blossomed further.

Since then his journey has taken him from the dance floor to DJing, Music production and event production/promotion. 

He is one half of The Void with Gaz Griff, a techno event which is also responsible for making the Steam Reunion happen in 2024. He is also the main figure in Sound Ammunition which is not only the name of his Toxic Sickness show, but a two room event in collaboration with Mushdren Sound. Where Sound Ammunition covers the more Techno, Hard Trance and Gabba styles and Mushdren covers the DnB and Jungle vibes. 

So expect the unexpected from T.o.M. as he covers a wide range of genres through his time on Toxic Sickness.

The main influences in the Industrial scene are Igneon system, The Outside Agency, Gancher and Ruin, Homeboy, Detest, Teck Nick, Ak Industry, D Passion, E Noid, Industrial Frequency, Lowroller, D Tox , Tugie and The Teknoist.

The main influences in the Terror scene at the moment for me are Goetia, Tripped, Noisekick, Drokz, Komprex, Destroyer, KRTM , Bonehead , Paranoizer , The Punisher , SRB and Akira.

I first started getting more involved in the hardcore scene about 2-3 years ago When i started to flyer for a friends event called Noise pollution in Oldham. It then lead for some of the most influential experience when i became apart of the Noise Pollution event as Co promoter. I still support the night but not as co promoter for it any more as wanted to concentrate on getting to be dj and other things.

I started DJ'ingin March 2011. My first set i had was at Suicide Techno Fire Power.I have played along the likes of Drokz, Akira, Noisekick, Daymar, Anime, Speedfreak, Radium, Tugie , Big worm, The Criminal, Devastator, Dark Lite and DMR , Riddler and more.

I have just played at Deathlab (Section 18's) sister event after having played in Italy at Hardbitch 1st birthday along side Drokz, Akira and Noisekick! Due to play at Totally lost it is also on the cards and will definitely be playing in Holland in 2013 all confirmed.
