The Brvtalist is pleased to premiere a new track from Brutalismus 3000. One of our favorite Berlin projects returns with a new track on the upcoming DURCH v/a compilation: Solidarity 002 - A Love Letter To The Queer Community. DURCH is a queer collective with a clear vision of solidarity and community building. DURCH operates in Tel Aviv and Berlin trying to bring queer people together, building a culture of inclusion, diversity and tolerance. In the tradition of original raves DURCH organizes solidarity events ranging from parties, to art and community events, with the strong belief that raves are a much needed place for people to come together, celebrate their diversity and learn to respect each other.

After releasing their first v/a earlier in the year, The are back with their second solidarity release of the year: Bolder, queerer and definitely more fun than ever. Take a bit of everything, mix it together and then burn it all down. Building on our previous release DURCH [digital] Solidarity 002 features some well established artists alongside some exciting, well-kept secrets of the electronic dance music scene. You’re in for a bumpy ride and a couple of pretty nasty surprises on the way. Today we bring you the nu gabber post techno punk of "Satan Was a BabyBoomer". 

As always, the proceeds from the release go to Queer causes and this release will benefit TransInterQueer e.V. (TrIQ) and Casa Kuà. Out on April 16th and you can get yours on BANDCAMP.

EB-REX, a Berlin-based Techno label founded by Estella Boersma in 2024, stands as a testament to versatility and artistic freedom. Drawing inspiration from the halcyon days of old-school rave and the relentless drive of Techno's present, each release embodies a synthesis of the past and the future.

The Brvtalist is pleased to premiere a new track from Lulu. The emerging Parisian artist is inspired by old school rave sounds and more singular styles such as rap, dubstep and and rock. He now brings us, Interversion (KTK Records), a 3 track EP where his influences can be easily discerned. 'Wake Up It's Your Time' incorporates groovy but ghetto vocals, while the next two tracks bring us back to the roots of the rave sound. The EP is completed by a legendary remix by the timeless icon Mark EG, who became famous beyond the borders of Britain with his interest in so many different styles of electronic music. Lulu’s amalgamation of sounds quickly caught our attention and Interversion takes different genres outside the box to combine for a fresh and exciting release. www.thebrvtalist.com/luluwakeupitsyourtime/

LULU - Wake Up It's Your Time (KTK Records)

The Brvtalist is pleased to premiere three tracks off the upcoming compilation, The Definition Of Neorave from Rave Alert Records. The Belgian imprint has been at the forefront of the Neorave sound since the beginning and now the founder X&trick has compiled a 12 track v/a which features some of the best and brightest of the movement. Today we present tracks from VCL, Studio Dondert and Bangbass. Each track represents different elements that make up the neorave sound from VCL’s acid laced “Engergizer” to the hard dance punishment of Studio Dondert’s “Gabber Stanley” to Bangbass’ high tempo “Ether”. We’ve been fans of the label for a while now and this is another great entry to their catalogue.
