FR :Voici un de mes meilleurs sets pour un des meilleurs festival psytrance européeen (et made in france): le Ethereal Decibel Festival ! On m'a demandé de jouer "folktronica", et disons que j'ai adapté la consigne à ma sauce pour essayer de le rendre énergique et loin des clichés du genre.  Ainsi le set donne une place importante à la guitare et au piano d'à travers le monde. Majoritairement parcouru par des inspirations african folk, slaves, french touch et bluesy-country, il devient au fil de l'écoute de plus en plus groovy. Par ailleurs, il donne une place très importante aux voix du monde : ce qui le rends particulièrement chaleureux. J'ai adoré jouer ce set et j'ai senti le public vraiment conquis avec beaucoup d'applaudissements : c'était un grand kiff ! A l'année prochaine je l'espère ;) 

EN : Here is one of my best sets for one of the best European (and made in France) psytrance festival : the Ethereal Decibel Festival ! I was asked to play "folktronica", and let's say that I adapted the instruction to my sauce to try to make it energetic and far from the clichés of the genre. Thus the set gives an important place to the guitar and the piano from around the world. Mainly traversed by African folk, Slavic, French touch and bluesy-country inspirations, it becomes more and more groovy as you listen. Moreover, it gives a very important place to the voices of the world : which makes it particularly warm. I loved playing this set and I felt the audience really conquered with lots of applause : it was a big hit ! See you next year I hope ;)

AYO’s sound is taking you on a journey into a world of dreamy soundscapes, drone subs, small creaky details, long evolving pads and slow beats. Through scandinavian forests, white mountains and northern lights into a world where we communicate and connect without words. By sampling sitars-violins-cellos, modulating FM synths, incorporating field recordings and playing around with raw data and noise, AYO attempts to create a timeless bubble of calm atmospheric sounds, that gently yet persistently makes ones mind and body drift towards a fundamental earthly connection.

AYO is the solo project of Julie Schønherr Rosengreen. Julie has been playing the violin as a kid both playing classical and a bit of folk music, but also composing her own and playing around with different combinations of melodies. As she grew older she began appreciating electronic music and later on started composing her own tunes.

- Not long after she startet producing, she got her first festival gig in Denmark and have since then been active in the Danish chill scene, playing at festivals like Senpati, Sensun, Shiva Spirit and multiple events. Abroad she has played in countries like Nepal, Morocco, Germany, Spain, Lithuania etc. This includes festivals such as Freqs of Nature, Transition festival and Gaia gathering. Currently she is studying for her bachelor in Sound Design at Sonic College in Denmark. But earlier she has also been doing electronic music and VJ courses at Frontsession in Aarhus and Engelsholm College for Arts and Music.

Ma Biographie
Installé à la réunion depuis 12 ans Toximelowpsy viens de Paris, il y a 35 ans , il est derrière les platines depuis qu’il a 11 ans !
Son père étant gérant de boîte, il a toujours eu des platines à disposition ainsi que des djsque qui défilaient. cela fait 24 ans qu’il tripote des boutons ! Au début il était plutôt attiré par le scratch et le hip-hop puis très vite passé à l’électro, il faut dire que c’était en plein boom à l’époque ( 1996 ) . il dévora alors les galettes qui arrivaient de Detroit puis parti vivre à Madagascar, et là vers ses 17 ans , il a découvert la Trance, Psytrance par un ami qui revenait tout droit de Goa ! il est tout de suite tombé amoureux de cette musique psychédélique et de son univers magique qu’il aimerait faire découvrir et partager à travers ses mix
