For the first EXCESS EP, we have the pleasure to feature PLEXØS, based in Salt Lake City, USA.
PLEXØS has influenced the industrial hardcore scene for the past years, we have been following his musical journey since quite a long time and are very happy to have the opportunity to finally distribute his unique, hard sound.

The EP contains 2 Original Tracks, one Collab by Excess Resident CØUNTS and PLEXØS, a Bonus Track and 3 Remixes.

Bassfaced is a varied, bass oriented party where you can enjoy the bass from the beginning 'till the end. We aspire to make divergent line-ups where the roughness of the music grows as the night progresses. Expect a night where different types of music and ravers are brought together.

To celebrate our 2-year anniversary, we asked the Hit 'n Run crew to collaborate with us, by throwing a big party using both rooms at the massive Paard van Troje venue. 

The Hit 'n Run crew is known for throwing awesome party's for the last eight years. They don't stop at fixing a venue and booking some dj's, they put a lot of effort building a proper stage. Also, they don't just 'book some DJs', there's a lot of thought and love going into their progressive line-ups. 
The Hit 'n Run crew has been a huge example and inspiration to Bassfaced and we are really excited too create a party with them. Can't miss out on this one people!

I love making music using a full hardware setup, several drum machines, synths, effects and a mixer do the trick, and oh boy, do I wish I sometimes had more hands ...  
also love 2 play records, especially the energetic breakbeats and ravey hardcore acid gabber records  ... 
those that move more than just your feet !  

I am no technician, but love to mess around with machinery ...  circuitbending (www.anti-theory.com) got me inside the machines, starting with bending-modifying regular toys, then some drum machines (tr505 tr707) and synthesizers sh101 -mc202 , I use a tb3031 from oakley systems that I "assembled" myself, great project that was ! And finally my xoxbox has joined the family, including loads of awesome mods, what a joy to play with this machine = ] 

another thing i love to do is projecting coloured slides to transform all sorts of surroundings, 
with an army of 30 projectors I can fill up an entire building, or light up outsides . . 

you can see some things on my website, but its very much not up to date, although I do try now and then ...
 ...   I need another me to do digital too .... in a way ....
