CHAPITRE III

Devant lui se dresse la Tour-Cœur, un monolithe noir vibrant d’énergie rouge.
Les machines affluent de toutes parts, protègent ce lieu avec une rage mécanique presque religieuse.
Mais rien ne peut arrêter l’hybride : ni les drones, ni les cyborgs, ni les murs blindés.

Au centre de la tour, il découvre l’horreur.
Des silhouettes humaines, suspendues dans une lumière blanche, alimentent la Corporation.
Leurs consciences sont aspirées, digérées, recyclées.
Elles ne vivent plus.
Elles servent.

Et il comprend alors sa véritable nature :
Il était censé être leur successeur.
Une arme parfaite.
Un démon mécanique chargé de gouverner ce monde mort.

Mais la rupture de son programme a tout changé.
Il n’est plus un outil.

Il plonge ses mains dans le cœur énergétique de la tour.
Son corps brûle, ses circuits implosent, sa conscience se déchire.
Dans un dernier acte de révolte, il libère l’énergie accumulée par les machines.

La tour explose.
La Corporation s’effondre.
Le monde, un instant, respire de nouveau.

Ce n’est pas une renaissance.
Pas encore.
Mais c’est une fissure dans la nuit.
Un premier souffle.
Une chance.

L’hybridité qui devait détruire l’humanité vient de lui rendre un avenir.

I love making music using a full hardware setup, several drum machines, synths, effects and a mixer do the trick, and oh boy, do I wish I sometimes had more hands ...  
also love 2 play records, especially the energetic breakbeats and ravey hardcore acid gabber records  ... 
those that move more than just your feet !  

I am no technician, but love to mess around with machinery ...  circuitbending (www.anti-theory.com) got me inside the machines, starting with bending-modifying regular toys, then some drum machines (tr505 tr707) and synthesizers sh101 -mc202 , I use a tb3031 from oakley systems that I "assembled" myself, great project that was ! And finally my xoxbox has joined the family, including loads of awesome mods, what a joy to play with this machine = ] 

another thing i love to do is projecting coloured slides to transform all sorts of surroundings, 
with an army of 30 projectors I can fill up an entire building, or light up outsides . . 

you can see some things on my website, but its very much not up to date, although I do try now and then ...
 ...   I need another me to do digital too .... in a way ....
