When it comes to a certain strand of deep house, Tsuba is unstoppable at the moment. The label has just revealed they've secured an EP from the much-loved Galcher Lustwerk, but before that they're debuting Luvless with the Luv Machine EP. Fans of Mic Newman's music on Tsuba will warm to this with tracks like "Down With You Baby" sharing that same laid-back vibe heard in some of the Australian's earlier productions, while its soft vocals are similar to fellow Melbourne producer The Tortoise. "Be Mine" is driven by a strong sustained lead with sprinklings of disco drums and basslines with some classic filtering, while the title-track is a deep, yet light, euphoric house jam.

Outplay’s third vinyl release will be from young Mancunian artist Loz Goddard. With releases on Large Music and Editorial he has been making a great impression with his combination of disco and beatdown house. A well balanced blend between samples and synth work makes this a varied EP and a great showcase for Loz’s sound. Outplay’s own Fouk takes care of the remix, turning the lush “It Will Come To Me” into a solid dance floor track with added bass line groove.

This year we have reached our long-term goal as a label which was to expand our releases into the wax department. We feel like we’ve done a good job bringing upcoming and original local talent to the surface so far and it is only fitting that our first vinyl release is done by the Icelandic duo https://soundcloud.com/davidhjalti. The duo has been busy with the production since their arrival from Manchester and have played a number of great live sets underlining their skills as producers. We feel that this release is the high standard we set ourselves before going vinyl and that this is just a small first step in a fruitful beginning for the producers David & Hjalti. The release features four excellent tracks which showcases terrific sampling work.
