a. I’m João, from Lisbon, i produce and play music as Imberbe

q. is there a story behind the mix?
a. I had this idea of making a mix to travel through this hypnagogic state, with dynamic ups and downs so we don’t fall asleep ))

q. what’s the best way to enjoy your mix?
a. Ideally, it would be experienced lying down, eyes closed, letting the unconscious do its work.

q. describe a favourite object in your living room...
a. My favourite objects are the drawings and paintings I have. I’m not really a painter myself but I really like to look deeply into them. Recently my eyes have been drawn to this painting I got from Francisco Amorim, aka fidelcastrocompanhiadesamba.

q. are you working on any projects right now (music or not music)?
a. Now I’m focusing on producing solid club tracks, but with a twist that feels honest to myself.
