A beginner’s meditation practice guides you through understanding your all-knowing Inner Wisdom, which is your connection with source, intuition & intelligence of the heart (your inner re-source-s). 

 

Recording starts with a 3-minute talk that builds a solid foundation of what Inner Wisdom is and how to start listening to it.  As well as guidance on how to build self-trust which affects how you interrupt your Inner Wisdom & essentially act on it.

 

Within the meditation, keys of knowledge are dropped for you to start listening to your fierce Inner Wisdom.

 

Good idea to have a journal handy to record any insights after the meditation is completed.
