The young Swiss artist Several Definitions is currently in hot demand, playing at Suara's weekly showcase at Privilege in Ibiza, La Terrazza for Off Sonar or as part of the Montreux Jazz Festival supporting heavyweights Solomun, Tale of Us and Âme. Recently the well-versed DJ started honing his sonic identity further with an energetic live-set of his own material. He is back on WOOD with “Mountains” an EP with two accurately selected original tracks and two original remixes. The Ep starts with “Mountains” a powerful hypnotic grooving expedition into the natural processes of the deep human mind. Truly characterised by the ebb and the flow and the climb and the drop, Mountains is the main theme which gives the name to the whole EP. The second track “Cross my heart and hope to die” is a grooving emotional return to the pure young times, a nostalgic trip which will make your sensations evolve. The first remix on board is brought by one of our favourite artists present now in the electronic scene, Solemn eye delivers a perfect mystic powerful remix of “Mountains”. The surprise will be in the middle. The second remix to take part in the release is made by our friends in law EKDK & Apollo’s Messengers who delivered us a perfect 80s shuffling techno remix.
