Cyborg Rhetoric aka Dan Cella (fka Dan Carraway, GlowTape!) has been producing and releasing electronic music for nearly two decades. His eclectic catalogue ranges in genre from house and techno to electro and blog house. His debut, full-length album, 'Tales From The Encrypt'-out on CHP Recordings-is a love letter to the internet and the sounds he grew up with in South Florida. It is a testament to the evolution of Cella's sound and craft, as he has created a body of work that adeptly draws inspiration across electronic genres-playfully weaving Freestyle, Electro, Miami Bass and Breaks through themes of digital love songs, online discourse, machine academics, algorithmic abstraction, post-post-futurism, virtual nostalgia and more. Early support for singles 'Book of Spells' and 'Ventilate' come from some of the biggest names in the game including Scratch D of Dynamix II, DJ Mell G, Dave Clarke, DVS NME, Grow and others.

Gavin O’Sullivan aka Breakdata has been producing music since 2017 after buying his first legit copy of Reason. Covering all styles of electro and breaks, using a combination of hardware and software to create different atmospheres in his tracks.
After growing up frequenting classic Dublin clubs such as the Redbox, the Kitchen, Temple Theatre & the Twisted Pepper he draws on these experiences when producing music always keeping one eye on the dancefloor.
Influenced by djs and producers like Dave Clarke, Exzakt, Alavux, RXmode, Anthony Rother, Aux 88, Radioactive Man as well as hometown Irish idols like Defekt, Decal, Replicants and Sunil Sharpe, Breakdata always keeps the beats hard and to the forefront of his music.
Starting out as a dj and moving into producing, musical taste has always been broad, listening to everything from techno and electro, rap and hip-hop, right through to rock and metal, and everything in between. Breakdata draws inspiration taking ideas from everywhere to produce music ready to rock any dancefloor.

Mark Starr returns with his debut solo EP for Grow's CHP Recordings - delivering two acid tinged electro cuts after releasing a string of heavily supported remixes for the label.

Both tracks draw on his unique stripped back style dripping with acid, electro, and Floridian influences that culminate into two heavy hitting tunes for this appropriately named EP.

The Advent & Zein Ferreira - Elektronically Minded EP [Cultivated Electronics // CE046]

Cultivated Electronics starts off its 2024 release schedule with an all electro family affair from father and son duo The Advent and Zein Ferreira.

"Elektronically Minded EP" is the first of two releases scheduled on the label from them this year. For this first instalment the pair turn in two tracks of expertly crafted production that pays homage to the history of the genre with their own modern twist.

The A side's "Basic Channelling" is given remix treatment from Robert Witchoski a.k.a. The Exaltics who steps up the gears with a 4/4-esqe rework in his signature style. To close out the EP, remix duty stays in the family with a rework of "Syncopated" (a track that features on the next EP) by nephew of Cisco and cousin of Zein, Torai, who shows that high-end electro production definitely runs in the veins of the Ferreira family.

[BTRY'069] X23 - "DISRUPTION EP" [2024]

A project by „X-Truder“ and „Nexus 23“.

This EP is a tribute to Nexus 23, an Artist, DJ and Music Producer as well as Joe Black, a
good friend.

Soon after the first release, Leszek and Joe agreed that they should keep the X23 project
alive and crack on with a second EP. They shared some ideas, samples and stems,
frequently chat about how number 2 should sound like. But no tracks had ever been
produced. When Leszek heard that Joe passed away he started digging through the
samples from him and very soon he had 5 new amazing tracks done.

X23 are: Synthetic minds fused in time and space by robotic and chaotic forces
permeating through dream and reality. A cybernetic dawn amongst the urban rubble and
rust. Be prepared to receive a high dose of energy coming out of the speakers. Noisy,
distorted and electromechanical wall crushing beats.

“X-Truder“ with real name Leszek Romaniak is born and raised up in Poland. Now he’s
living in the UK since 2006. He’s always been into music, as long as its good music. As a
teenager he liked Rap, Graffiti and Breakdance but the electronic music became his
passion. Once he listened to a Love Parade Compilation in 1999 he found out what
Techno and Chris Liberator Acid Techno is and all the Hip Hop stuff was gone. In that very
moment he said to himself: „I want to do this too!“

„Nexus 23“ was the brainchild of London based producer Joe Black who has passed
away last year. With a history of playing bass guitar in bands, Joe spent the late 90’s
DJing drum and bass in local Oxford house parties. Eventually Joe made the switch into
electronic music, which is a childhood passion of his. Joe brings his bass heavy, industrial
influenced electro back to Battery Park Studio for his second release after the LP “Synth
Knobs and Boomsticks”. Guaranteed to rattle your rib cage and set the dance floor alight.

Hello everyone,

I've been feeling alot of emotions about the current w@r in P@l3st1ne. It's been an extremely sad time where it feels there's not quite enough that I can do to show my support to the people that are currently suffering. Last week I sat down and with all that sadness in my gut, I wrote a track called 'Corrupted'.

I've decided to self release the track and all money made from the sales will go to a charity in G@za helping P@l3st1n1ans receive much needed aid after being misplaced and starved in the current w@r and g£n0c1de. 

Please also note, l've decided not to post any words or photos that will get this post shadow banned as I want to reach as many people as possible, and raise as much money as possible for this extremely desperate cause.
