Delphosound is a multi-genre DJ producer from Costa Rica, his productions include genres such as,
Techno, hardtechno, EBM, Industrial and downtempo, with sounds inspired by the 80s and 90s,
combining these sounds with electric guitars and dark synths.
He was part of two metal bands in his country, this led him to develop an interest in exploring the production of electronic music,
including analog and digital elements, as well as distorted guitars in many of his productions.
The project has always focused on exploring all types of rhythms adapted to a more powerful and darker atmosphere,
including within their own productions, remixes for artists of genres such as classic hip hop, industrial metal and pop.

When Aljoscha's father placed cassettes of jungle, ambient and drum'n'bass in the hands of his seven-year-old son, he had no idea that he had just passed on to him the soundtrack of his life.

This heritage of multiple textures has been transformed into multiple aliases, including AJO, a character who transcends the boundaries of genres and time.

Signed to labels such as Electric Shapes and Mana Abundance, AJO invokes tribal elements and inter-astral electronic sounds. A primitive, almost animal quest dances between the German producer's synthesizers.

His new album, ‘God Is A Single Infinite Painting That Has No Frame’, adds to his psychedelic ambient and EBM-tinged electrooid explorations. Four remixes by YADÜ, La Serpiente, HyperLili and Théo Muller add an even more contemplative dimension to this opus, released on Ethos Records.

The Brvtalist is pleased to premiere a new track from TOTEM. Media Burn (Lost Soul Enterprises) is the debut EP from the New York City-based artist and the release features 4 industrial slabs of raw electronics forged in the spirit of hardcore punk. A project loosely based on media consumption, control and illusion, the artist embraced an austere process of limited means to create these compositions. Born out of samples mangled beyond recognition, TOTEM rearranges, restructures, twists and decomposes the audio into something that is self-described as “industrial skronk”. The result is a subversive statement which takes audio with a previous life and creates something completely new and totally infectious.
